The need for effective conflict management and dispute resolution policies and skills is as urgent in the workplace, business to business, business to customer as it is in the boardrooms of large corporations, institutions and other organisations where valuable ongoing good relationships will benefit from resolving disputes in a non-adversarial and private process.

The Conflict and Dispute Resolution Studies Post Graduate Diploma (CDRS) tcd.ie/ise in Trinity has been designed to equipe employers, employees, trade union leaders, managers, lawyers, members of the public service,an Garda Siochana, and others with the skills necessary to manage conflict and resolve disputes in a non-adversarial way. The lectures and training courses are practical and participative and make extensive use of experiential adult learning processes involving case studies, role - plays, group work and video.
